Brigitte in concert at the Prix de Diane Longines 2016

An outstanding open-air concert provided a melodious start to this celebration of all things feminine!

After having debuted their inimitable style with Et vous, tu m’aimes? in 2011 – an album which sold more than 200,000 copies and which tells the story of mending a broken heart –  Brigitte, a duo made up of Aurélie Saada and Sylvie Hoarau, is now exploring all the things that motivate an independent woman.

The duo’s impassioned chords perfectly emulate their burning desire as they voice their doubts in whispered trills, sometimes softening in a bid to win over some beloved cretin whom they have placed on a pedestal. But above all, the girls tirelessly sing that yes, there are plenty of happy love affairs out there.

À bouche que veux-tu was written and composed in its entirety by Aurélie and Sylvie during their tour, which included more than 250 dates in both France and abroad.

In June 2017, another surprise artist will serenade the spectators at the Prix de Diane Longines. Stay tuned to find out who!

Entrez dans l'univers féérique du village de Diane

All around Chantilly racecourse, nature was in bloom! Unique audience participation events delighted the elegant racegoers throughout the sunny Sunday afternoon. Inspired by the bucolic atmosphere, the flower garland workshop proved extremely popular. A few steps further on, outdoor games such as croquet, table tennis, swings and noughts and crosses transported players back to their childhood.

Providing welcome refreshment, a spectacular champagne bar, complete with oversized “champagne dress”, proved a huge hit with lovers of bubbly.

The central lawn of Chantilly racecourse was enveloped in a festive countryside ambience!

Diane’s Village invited racegoers to immerse themselves in its unique chic country atmosphere. Visitors strolled around and discovered the numerous entertainment activities set up on the racecourse’s central lawn.

They learned how to make a flower garland or settled down on our special garden furniture for a spot of sunbathing between races as they listened to people tinkering on the public piano, provided especially for racegoers. They could drink in the stunning views of the racecourse from the top of the big wheel or have fun playing a host of outdoor games such as croquet, table tennis, swings, noughts and crosses, giant dominos and traditional skittles. There was something for everyone!

The Longines area and its beautiful watches were a real attraction for visitors, who admired the high-class elegance of these luxury timepieces.

Every year, Diane’s Village treats racegoers to some unforgettable experiences.

We look forward to seeing you in June 2017 for a host of new surprises!
